Therapeutic Cultures is a book series launched by Routledge in 2017. Its objective is to provide a forum for interdisciplinary scholarship on therapeutic cultures and global mental health. So far, the series has been quite successful, attracting submissions by well-known scholars from East Asia, Europe and the Americas. Three books have been published or are currently in press, and several further books are under contract, for publication in the near future. For more information, take a look at the series’ website, here.
The series’ editorial team consists of myself, China Mills (City University, London), Ole Jacob Madsen (University of Oslo), Edgar Cabanas (Universidad Camilo José Cela), and Dylan Kerrigan (University of Leeds). We welcome new book projects at any time. If you are interested in discussing a book proposal, please get in touch.
